Description
GoldBio’s 2’-Deoxynucleoside 5’-triphosphate mix is an aqueous solution containing dATP, dCTP, dGTP and dTTP, each at a final concentration of 10mM. This mixture has been tested for performance in a wide size-range of PCR templates with Taq and Pfu DNA polymerases.
The dNTP solution is ideal for PCR, cDNA synthesis, DNA sequencing and labeling procedures, and it has been performance tested with Q-PCR and long PCR (30 kb).

Description
EvaGreen® dye is a green fluorescent nucleic acid dye with features that make the dye useful for several applications including qPCR and DNA melt curve analysis, real-time monitoring of thermophilic helicase-dependent amplification (tHDA), and capillary gel electrophoresis. The DNA-bound dye has excitation and emission spectra very close to those of fluorescein (FAM) or SYBR® Green I, making the dye readily compatible with instruments equipped with the 488 nm argon laser or any visible light excitation with wavelength in the region. EvaGreen® dye is extremely stable both thermally and hydrolytically, providing convenience during routine handling. The dye is essentially nonfluorescent by itself, but becomes highly fluorescent upon binding to dsDNA. EvaGreen® dye is nonmutagenic and noncytotoxic by being completely impermeable to cell membranes, making it a great alternative to SYBR® Green I, which enters cell rapidly and is known to be a powerful mutation-enhancer (Ohta, et al. (2001). Mutation Research, 492(1), 91-97).

The unique properties of EvaGreen® dye have made it particularly useful in quantitative real-time PCR (qPCR) applications. Compared with the widely used SYBR® Green I, EvaGreen® dye is generally less inhibitory toward PCR and less likely to cause nonspecific amplification. As a result, EvaGreen® dye can be used at a much higher dye concentration than SYBR® Green I, resulting in a high resolution signal for droplet digital PCR, real-time PCR and melt curve analysis.

Description
GoldBio's First Strand cDNA synthesis kit includes our 5x Master Mix which contains: Reverse Transcriptase, recombinant RNase inhibitor, dNTPs, an optimized buffer, MgCl2 and protein stabilizers. Reverse Transcriptase is a recombinant MMLV reverse transcriptase with reduced RNase H activity and increased thermostability. The kit also provides two optimized primers and nuclease-free water. An anchored Oligo-dT primer forces the primer to anneal to the beginning of the polyA tail and the random hexamer primer mix provides random and consistent priming sites covering the entire RNA templates including both mRNAs and non-polyadenylated RNAs. The kit is highly efficient at producing full-length cDNA from long RNA templates at temperatures between 42-55ºC.

Goof-Proof™ qPCR Master Mix is an EvaGreen dye-based hot start master mix for use in DNA melt curve analysis and in Real Time PCR (RT-PCR) applications. Goof-Proof™ is a mistake-prevention master mix which contains a low concentration of blue dye. Additionally, Goof-Proof™ includes a DNA template buffer which has a higher concentration of blue dye. With the addition of the 2X Goof-Proof™ Master Mix to the reaction, it will appear light blue (see Figure 1). And when you add the template, containing DNA template buffer, the color will turn darker blue (see Figure 2).
Goof-Proof™ allows you to see quickly and easily whether you forgot to add the master mix or the template to any of your reactions, preventing pipetting mistakes and wasted time, reagents and money. The 2X Goof-Proof™ Master Mix can also be used without the Template Buffer, if desired.

Our PCR Cloning kit utilizes cloning technology that is simple, rapid and highly efficient which allows direct cloning of any PCR product(s) to any linearized expression vector at any site. The PCR fragments can be generated by our high fidelity Pfu DNA polymerase or other high fidelity DNA polymerases, with primers having 15 to 18 bases of homology at their linear ends to where the product need to fuse. The linearized vector can be generated by PCR or restriction enzymes.
