    Product Description

    T4 DNA Polymerase has both a DNA-dependent DNA polymerase activity and a potent 3´→5´ exonuclease activity. T4 DNA Polymerase is idea for removal of 3´-overhangs or filling in 5´-overhang to form blunt ends, ligation-independent cloning of PCR products, or second strand synthesis in site-directed mutagenesis. Our T4 polymerase is proven to be free from detectable endonuclease and RNase activities.
