Description
Recombinant Human PTHLH, also known as parathyroid hormone-related protein or PTHrP, is a signaling protein with important roles in cell growth, differentiation, and tissue development.
PTHLH interacts with PTH1R and participates in processes including endochondral bone development, chondrocyte regulation, epithelial-mesenchymal signaling, and tissue maintenance.
This recombinant PTHLH protein provides you with a tool for examining PTHrP-mediated signaling independently of parathyroid hormone itself. It is well suited for studies of skeletal development, chondrocyte proliferation and differentiation, PTH1R signaling, epithelial biology, and other cellular processes regulated by PTHLH.
