Description
Recombinant Human IL36B (IL-36 beta), 153 a.a. is a mature form of the IL-36β cytokine, a member of the IL-1 family that plays an important role in regulating innate and adaptive immune responses.
By binding the IL-36 receptor complex, IL-36β activates signaling pathways that stimulate production of inflammatory cytokines and chemokines involved in host defense and tissue inflammation. Because IL-36β is associated with inflammatory diseases such as psoriasis and other epithelial disorders, it is widely used to investigate cytokine signaling and immune cell communication.
The 153 amino acid construct represents the mature, biologically active form of the protein, making it well suited for receptor activation studies, cytokine stimulation assays, cell signaling research, and investigations of inflammatory responses.
