Description
Recombinant Human IL36G (IL-36 gamma), 152 a.a. is a pro-inflammatory IL-1 family cytokine provided as a shorter recombinant form for studying IL-36γ activity and signaling.
IL-36γ acts as an agonist of the IL-36 receptor complex, promoting downstream signaling through pathways such as NF-κB and MAPK and stimulating inflammatory responses.
This 152 amino acid recombinant protein is well suited for cell-based assays and studies examining cytokine activity, receptor-mediated signaling, and inflammatory responses. IL-36γ is of particular interest in research involving epithelial immunity, host defense, and inflammatory conditions such as psoriasis. Produced in E. coli, this protein is purified to greater than 95% and tested for use in cell culture.
