Description
Recombinant Human IL36G (IL-36 gamma), 169 a.a. is a pro-inflammatory cytokine and member of the IL-1 cytokine family. IL-36γ binds to the IL-36 receptor complex and activates signaling pathways, including NF-κB and MAPK, that regulate inflammatory and immune responses.
IL-36γ is particularly associated with epithelial and barrier tissue immunity and is commonly studied for its role in inflammation, host defense, and inflammatory skin conditions such as psoriasis. Recombinant Human IL36G provides researchers with a useful protein for investigating IL-36 receptor signaling, cytokine activity, immune regulation, and inflammation.
