Mix-n-Stain™ Biotin Antibody Labeling Kit is for labeling an antibody with biotin in 30 minutes without a purification step. Biotin Mix-n-Stain™ kits are great for use in secondary detection via streptavidin or with anti-biotin monoclonal antibodies.

Mix-n-Stain™ antibody labeling kits are a revolutionary antibody labeling technology that allows you to label your primary antibody with biotin, AP, HRP, FITC or one of our superior CF™ dyes in 30 minutes without the need for a purification step. The labeling procedure tolerates many common buffer components and antibody stabilizers. CF™dyes are highly water soluble, small organic dyes designed for labeling proteins and nucleic acids.
