Description
Recombinant Human PTH (7-84), 15N combines the distinctive biological properties of the PTH 7-84 fragment with stable 15N isotope labeling. The 78 amino acid fragment lacks the first six residues of intact PTH, allowing you to investigate C-terminal PTH activity and signaling separately from the strongly receptor-activating N-terminal region.
The 15N label makes this form especially useful for analytical, structural, and isotope-based studies in which PTH (7-84) must be distinguished or tracked against an unlabeled background. Researchers can use the protein to examine PTH fragment behavior, receptor interactions, calcium and bone signaling, and the biochemical characteristics of C-terminal PTH species.
