Description
Recombinant Human PTHLH, 15N is a stable isotope-labeled form of parathyroid hormone-related protein designed for studies requiring isotopic distinction of the recombinant protein. PTHLH interacts with PTH1R and participates in the regulation of chondrocyte development, skeletal formation, epithelial-mesenchymal interactions, and other processes involving cell growth and differentiation.
Uniform incorporation of the stable 15N isotope gives researchers an additional analytical tool for studying PTHLH while retaining the biological identity of the corresponding recombinant protein. The labeled protein is particularly useful for isotope-based detection, structural studies, protein characterization, and experiments designed to distinguish PTHLH from unlabeled proteins in complex research systems.
