GoldBio’s ReadyLadder™ 50 bp – 25 kb DNA Ladder is a convenient, ready-to-use molecular weight marker designed for precise sizing across a wide range of DNA fragments. This ladder is composed of 26 distinct bands from 50 bp to 25,000 bp: 25k, 10k, 8k, 6k, 5k, 4k, 3k, 2.5k, 2k, 1.5k, 1.2k, 1k, 900, 800, 700, 600, 500, 450, 400, 350, 300, 250, 200, 150, 100 and 50 base pairs derived from a mixture of PCR products and specifically digested plasmid DNA. Get clear resolution for both small and large DNA fragments in a single run.
To simplify interpretation, four enhanced reference bands (3 kb, 1.2 kb, 500 bp, and 200 bp) stand out for quick visual alignment. Pre-mixed with three tracking dyes (Xylene cyanol FF, Bromophenol blue, and Orange G), it allows direct gel loading and real-time monitoring of migration.
