L-Threonine 7-amido-4-methylcoumarin is an AMC fluorgenic substrate.

Ropivacaine is a local anaesthetic (amide caine) in which (S)-N-propylpipecolic acid and 2,6-dimethylaniline are combined to form the amide bond. Our ropivacaine is the S-enantiomer form of the compound with a purity of >98%.

pSuperAgro® v3 was designed to include GabT activity, driven by the lac promoter, which degrades gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA) during co-cultivation. The reduction of GABA significantly increases T-DNA transfer and increases transient and stable transformation frequencies in both tomato and grass plants.

GabT activity decreases GABA content locally in plant cells and induces higher shoot regeneration, decreasing the number of cotyledons used for transformation and reducing the time and labor required for transformation. This plasmid has been shown to be efficacious in both Hardy Pampas Grass ( E. Ravennae) and Tomato plants (S. Lycopersicum).

pSuperAgro™ v3tet has been modified to provide tetracycline resistance instead of the original pSuperAgro™ V3’s gentamicin with our other GoldBio Agrobacterium strains, including the widely used GV3101 strain.

Orcinol is a phenolic compound occurring in lichens. It is used in the detection of pentoses as part of Bial’s reagent, which forms a green product upon reaction.

Salinomycin is a coccidiostat ionophore antibiotic isolated from Streptomyces albus. It increases cation movement across cell membranes through exchange-diffusion, resulting in altered gradients due to a lack of control of ion permeability. This effect allows ions (K+, Na+, Ca+, Mg2+) to accumulate inside the cell, reaching toxic levels. Salinomycin sodium is freely soluble in aqueous solution.

Valnemulin is a pleuromutilin antibiotic targeting Mycoplasma bacteria, especially those responsible for bovine respiratory infections. It is freely soluble in aqueous solution.

Valnemulin's mechanism of action involves its inhibition of protein synthesis in bacteria by binding the peptidyl transferase enzyme in the 50s ribosomal subunit.

D-Ribose is an aldopentose monosaccharide. It is phosphorylated into D-ribose 5-phosphate by ribokinase and then supports the synthesis of tryptophan and histidine. Additionally, D-ribose 5-phosphate is part of the pentose phosphate pathway. D-Ribose may be used as a cell culture media supplement.
