Sulfadoxine is a broad-spectrum sulfonamide antibiotic effective against gram-negative and gram-positive bacteria. It is commonly used against malaria, especially Plasmodium falciparum malaria with chloroquine resistance. It has been used to study Toxoplasma gondii infections and to prevent infections in post-surgical animal models.

2,3,4,6-Tetra-O-benzyl-D-glucopyranose is used for glucosylation reactions and as a reagent for synthesis of 1-C-alpha-D-glucopyranose derivatives.

The pSuperAgro® v1 Plasmid (pBBRacdS) is an Agrobacterium helper plasmid that includes 1-aminocyclopropane-1-carboxylate (ACC) deaminase (AcdS) activity, driven by the lac promoter, which suppresses ethylene evolution during co-cultivation and significantly increases T-DNA transfer.

AcdS activity is beneficial for higher callus induction frequency and also suppresses callus browning phenomena. This plasmid has been shown to be efficacious in both Hardy Pampas Grass (E. Ravennae) and Tomato plants (S. Lycopersicum).

Blazin' Bright™ has a detection limit around 1-10 ng, depending on the detection method used (staining intensity varies between proteins) and does not cause gel shrinkage. Blazin' Bright™ staining is also fully compatible with mass spectrometry (MS) and Edman-based sequencing.

Pipemidic acid is a pyridopyrimidine antibiotic with similar properties to quinolone antibiotics. It is used to study damage and mutations in DNA as well as lymphocyte blastogenesis and interferon-gamma production. It can be used as a cell selection agent.

6-Cyclohexylhexyl-4-O-(a-D-glucopyranosyl)-b-D-glucopyranoside, more commonly known as Cymal-6, is a maltose based detergent. Maltoside based detergents are mostly used to solubilize and purify membrane proteins.

Trans-Stilbene is used in transition metal-catalyzed asymmetric epoxidation and dihydroxylation. It is also useful in making synthetic estrogens.

Sparfloxacin is a broad-spectrum fluoroquinolone antibiotic targeting gram-negative and gram-positive bacteria as well as Mycoplasma species. It is especially effective against bacteria responsible for respiratory tract infections such as pneumonia. Sparfloxacin also displays photosensitizing effects.
