product description
EGF (Epidermal Growth Factor) is a family of growth factors that are derived from membrane-anchored precursors. The family is characterized by the presence of at least one “EGF-like domain” (characterized by the presence of three disulfide bonds, formed from 6 conserved cysteine residues) in their extracellular domain. EGF was originally discovered as an activity that induced early eyelid opening, incisor eruption, hair growth inhibition and stunting of growth when injected into newborn mice. Mature human EGF shares 70% amino acid sequence identity with mature mouse and rat EGF. Human EGF was isolated from urine based on its inhibitory effect on gastric secretion and is sometimes called urogastrone.

product description
GoldBio’s EHA105 (pSoup) chemically competent Agrobacterium cells are optimized for high transformation efficiencies, making them ideal for applications such as cDNA or gDNA library construction. These cells are resistant to rifampicin, chloramphenicol, and streptomycin, providing versatility in selection and antibiotic resistance EHA105 strain contains a rifampicin resistance gene (rif) and an amber basic Ti plasmid pEHA105 (pTiBo542DT-DNA) without self-transport function, containing the vir gene.
The pSoup plasmid present in these cells is required for the replication of pGreen, 62SK, and pGs2 series plasmids, increasing the range of applications for the EHA105 (pSoup) system. These competent cells are suitable for Agrobacterium-mediated transformation of dicots such as Arabidopsis thaliana, tobacco, potato, as well as monocots like corn, making them an ideal choice for plant molecular biology research.
GoldBio’s EHA105 Agrobacteriumstrain was generated, and primary clone supplied by Dr. Elizabeth Hood.

product description
EHA105 (pSoup) Electrocompetent Agrobacterium cells are designed to provide high transformation efficiencies for applications such as cDNA or gDNA library construction. The strain contains a rifampicin resistance gene (rif) and an amber basic Ti plasmid pEHA105 (pTiBo542DT-DNA), which carries the vir gene necessary for the insertion of T-DNA into the plant genome. Although the pEHA105 plasmid is incapable of transferring its own T-DNA, it can still transfer foreign binary vector T-DNA.
The presence of the pSoup helper plasmid is required for the replication of pGreen, 62SK, and pGs2 series plasmids, and also helps with Agrobacterium-mediated transformation of dicotyledonous plants like Arabidopsis thaliana, tobacco, and potato, as well as monocotyledonous plants such as corn.
GoldBio’s EHA105 Agrobacterium strain was generated, and primary clone supplied by Dr. Elizabeth Hood.

product description
GoldBio’s EHA105 Agrobacterium chemically competent cells allow you to obtain high transformation efficiency in applications such as gDNA or cDNA library construction. Our EHA105 strain contains a rifampicin resistance gene (rif) and an amber basic Ti plasmid pEHA105 (pTiBo542DT-DNA) without self-transport function, containing the vir gene. EHA105 is ideal for genetic transformation of rice, tobacco and several other plants.
pSuperAgro™ v4 was designed to include AcdS and GabT activity, driven by a single lac promotor, which both suppresses ethylene evolution and degrades gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA) during co-cultivation. The combined suppression of ethylene and reduction of GABA significantly increases T-DNA transfer and increases transient and stable transformation frequencies in both tomato and grass plants. pSuperAgro™ v4tet has been modified to provide tetracycline resistance instead of the original pSuperAgro™ V4’s gentamicin resistance
